FREE Delivery - Baby Bea offers free delivery for all orders over £50

Standard Delivery - For all orders under £50 Baby Bea will charge £2.50. This delivery charge will be added to your basket total once you checkout in Paypal.

All our orders will be delivered with 7 days of ordering but we will do our best to get them out as soon as possible.

If you have not received your Baby Bea goods within 15 days of ordering online then call your local Royal Mail depot giving your house number and postcode to check it has not been taken back there to await collection before being returned to us (cards are not always left by Royal Mail if you're not in). Then, if there is no record there please call us on 01732 845582 or email us at katherine@babybea.co.uk. Replacement items cannot be sent out until we have received confirmation the item cannot be found which takes 15 working days with Royal Mail, or in the case of faulty items until the item has been returned first. We like to think that you will be more than pleased with your purchases from Baby Bea but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return them and we'll either exchange them or give you your money back.

Simply give us a call on 01732 845582 or email us at Just drop us an email at katherine@babybea.co.uk letting us know that you intend to return the goods for a full refund or exchange. All we ask is that the returned goods are in a resaleable condition and and returned to Baby Bea within 14 days of your receipt of them. For your own peace of mind, please obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your cost of returning the goods to us unless they are damaged or faulty.

All refunds are processed within 14 days of cancellation.
